Zest Psykologtjeneste

As someone who has not the ability to undertake therapy in Norwegian, my options are limited, and my previous experience has been less than satisfactory.
That is why I would like to encourage anybody that needs, or simply would like to give therapy a try, to go to Dr. Mbamalu if the language barrier concerns them.

It has been a quick and noticeable change for the better since I started, and I feel comfortable exposing my challenges and concerns. There's not much more I could ask for.

I feel super comfortable with Dr Mbamalu. I was happy to find someone that I can communicate with in English, as it's my first language and I find it easier to express complicated feelings/concepts. We've only had a few sessions so far, but I already feel that he is helping me to overcome and address my issues. I love that he gives me homework, it's just what I need.
