Doubt in professionalism

I unfortunately had to change my previous doctor due to moving. I have never faced such unprofessionalism and indifference as I found in Ms Bhardwaj. She barely listened to what I tried to tell her, constantly interrupting, and every time I asked for a specialist, she sent me to a private clinic. When you hear from doctor that you are too young to have a check up of your heart, or that having my parent with a heart problem is nothing and “we all have a relative with a heart problem”, it shows her professionalism. I’m very disappointed with her.
