Eli is a good doctor, I would recommend her.

I've been a patient of Eli for a year or two, when she came to work to the Mathesongård Legesenter instead of my previous fastlege. I have nothing bad to say about her. She is professional, caring, listening, comfortable to talk to. She is not a doctor who sends you home with words "it will go over by itself", but she would explain things and give you necessary treatment. I was adored by how she was treating me and my little daughter.

Long waiting time is the only problem, and one shall be prepared to wait for a long time to meet his doctor. But it's a general problem for whole Mathesongård Legesenter, they have serious lack of good patient-time planning! Even if you have your appointment for a certain time, you will be taken 15-45 minutes later!
If you came with emergency situation, without preliminary appointment, you will have to wait in the hall for over one hour, for sure. I am talking based on a 4 years experience with that legekontor. That was the sad reason why I changed my fastlege. Mathesongården Legesenter is far away from my office, I spent too much time away from my job, waiting for my appointment in the hall, so I changed legekontor to a closer one. Then I realised that a new kontor has much shorter waiting time!
I have no claims to Eli, she is nice, but Mathesongården Legesenter have to do something about how they give appointments to people.
Telephone que is also very long, they don't take the the phone for 5+ minutes quite often (I would say sometimes it's over 10 minutes!). It's really annoying.
