To the point

I am happy with W. Tanaruno as a doctor. He is considerate and laid-back. He does listen to you and takes your concerns into consideration. Not very talkative but to the point.
It is not that easy to get through on the phone as the line is often busy, but I manage to get the appointment fairy quick.
