Unprofessional. First appointment with this Dr.
I was late by 10 minutes, that I can take responsibility for.
The reason was my 2 children became sick the night before, they can't go to school.
I am a single father and had noone to look after them so had to take them with.
Parking was difficult to find, even with the parking house (full). The Google maps position took me to the wrong place and I am new in Drammen.
I tried calling to let them know I would be late (noone picked up).
For a doctor to "klage" at you Infront of the whole waiting room and your two children, especially on our first meeting is beyond unprofessional.
I went into the office and tried explaining myself and she still made a problem of the situation.
The solution would have been simple, take the next patient first and take me after. She chose to make a problem.
A medical professional should know better on how to conduct themselves.
It was my first time meeting her and I am very satisfied with how the consultation went. I was a bit nervous at first because of the thought of possible cancer, but she was very empathetic and friendly. She took my situation very seriously, unlike others who would just tell patients to take a rest and avoid stress. She made sure I would feel heard and taken cared of. Thank you!
Dette var mitt første møte med Lema, hun kunne ikke hjelpe med alt jeg hadde på hjertet, men var empatisk og lyttende og gjorde så godt hun kunne. Alt i alt stod hun fram som en solid lege.
Jeg er svært imponert over hennes ferdigheter. Hun er en dyktig lytter og gjør sitt ytterste for å sikre at jeg har det bra, og at mine behov blir tatt på alvorlig.
